Seeking nanny for twins 40+ hours week guaranteed

Nanny for identical female twins (currently 3 months old) and a 5 year old girl (in daycare currently with plans for Kindergarten this year). Duties would be primarily managing twin girls. Making sure 5 year old gets to school safely and is cared for upon returning. Sports if needed.

30$/hr
40hrs a week guaranteed pay

Vehicle to be provided for use during care hours.

Would prefer one day a weekend (Sat or sun) intermittently 2x a month on average.
